A small team of ex-Amazon and ex-Adobe engineers in Iași, Romania. We build MVPs for founders who need senior-level code without the senior-level timeline.
Our Story
We started Pulseon in 2020 because we kept watching startups burn runway on agencies that shipped late, over budget, and with code nobody could maintain. We'd spent years at Amazon and Adobe building systems at scale — we knew it didn't have to be this way.
Since then, we've shipped 12+ products for founders across Europe. Our clients have raised funding, passed due diligence, and scaled to hundreds of thousands of users — on codebases we built from scratch.
We don't disappear into a sprint and emerge with surprises. We challenge assumptions, push back on bad ideas (including our own), and build like we're the ones who'll maintain it. Because often, we are.
